HIV and dirty water

Like every human being Ethel have rights to life but she is not sure if she can live long since she fetches unsafe drinking water from Lingadzi river.  Ethel of Kaniche village in 2007 was tested HIV positive but she has not yet started taking ARV tablets,currently she is depending on taking Bactrim.HIV people are more susceptible to diarrhoea &skin diseases so by providing enough&safe water for drinking & washing the problem may be reduced.Normally living HIV positive weaken immune system that one become more vunarable to diseases
