Kaniche and Bokola village action plan

In order to ensure they are on track with the adoption of sanitation and hygiene, the people of Kaniche and Bokola came up with action plans which are acting as guidelines towards milestones to be achieved by 30 June 2012.

Among the targets is to ensure that all 120 households in Kaniche have toilets, bathrooms, kitchens and clean surroundings, while the 52 households in Bokola are aiming at their village being the area’s model village with toilets, bathrooms, clean surroundings, kitchens as well as water outside every toilet to ensure people practice hand washing at all times.

In order to achieve all the milestones, the Village Development Committee has assigned a member to each of the tasks to ensure they are on track and progress is reported at every meeting.
